Salary & Pay Scale Details
- Pay Scale: Level 10 – ₹56,100 – 1,77,500/- (7th Pay Commission)
- In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹90,000 – 1,00,000/- per month (including allowances)
- Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Sea Duty Allowance, Medical, Travel Allowance, Pension
- Job Security: Central Government Employee Benefits with ECHS Medical Facilities
- Career Growth: Promotion to Deputy Commandant, Commandant up to Director General (₹2,25,000 basic pay)
