Documents Information Of MP Paramedical Recruitment 2025
The applicant must compulsorily scan and attach the following required documents with the online application form. In the absence of these, the application form will not be accepted:-
(i) Colour photograph of the candidate, signature and own handwritten note.
(ii) 8th/10th or 12th mark sheet for proof of birth date of the applicant.
(iii) Caste/Category Certificate issued by the concerned officer for caste/category certification of SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates.
(iv) Disability Certificate issued by the concerned officer to differently abled candidates.
(v) Certificate issued by the concerned officer to guest teacher. (vi) Bonus related certificate on priority basis (like NCC certificate and others).
Selection Process Of MPESB Paramedical Staff Recruitment

How to Apply
For this exam, the candidate will first have to create his profile on MPOnline. In this profile, the applicant will have to give all his information. Then the candidates will apply for this recruitment exam through MPOnline.gov.in.
- First of all, candidates should read the official notification.
- Now go to the official website and create your PEB profile. If the profile is already created, then update it.
- The profile should have the latest passport size photo on which the applicant’s name and the date of taking the photo should be mentioned.
- After completing the profile, login with the ID password and fill the application form.
Finally, submit the application by paying the application fee. - Print a copy of the application.
Special Note – To fill the application, you will have to create a PEB template and do special settings for other documents. Create Vyapam template in just 5 seconds and you can also do special settings for photo, signature in 5 seconds with the help of www.templatemanager.in
