Powergrid PGCIL Field Engineer and Supervisor Recruitment 2025: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a Maharatna PSU and one of the largest power transmission utilities in the world, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Field Engineers and Field Supervisors on a contractual basis. The recruitment will be done through the POWERGRID Common FTE Written Test 2025. This engagement is for ongoing and upcoming projects across various regions of POWERGRID and its subsidiaries.
The recruitment is being conducted under Advt. No. CC/03/2025 dated 27 August 2025, offering a total of 1543 vacancies in Electrical, Civil, and Electronics & Communication disciplines. The initial engagement period will be 24 months, extendable up to 5 years depending on project requirements. - Final merit list for Engineers will be based on interview performance, while for Supervisors, it will be based on written test scores.
