Compensation and Benefits
MIDHANI is offering a competitive compensation package. The scale of pay for the positions is Rs. 40,000-3% – Rs. 1,40,000 (IDA Pattern). The CTC (Cost to Company) is calculated to be approximately Rs. 10.08 Lakhs per annum at the minimum of the Basic Pay.
Key Components of CTC:
The CTC includes a range of allowances and benefits, such as Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other Perks & Allowances as applicable. It’s important to note that certain benefits like Performance Related Pay (PRP), Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Gratuity, and Superannuation benefits are not part of the CTC calculation.
HRA is a significant component of the compensation, calculated at 27% for ‘X-class’ cities. However, for postings in ‘Y’ or ‘Z’ class cities, the HRA will be lower.
