The initial results for these examinations had been previously published on the commission’s website and through various official communications.
Legal and Administrative Directives Lead to Re-evaluation
The decision to cancel the previously published results and issue a revised list was made in compliance with a court order and administrative directives. Specifically, the commission acted on the basis of a judgment passed in CWJC No.-11600/2025 on 29.07.2025, and two letters from the Health Department, Bihar, with reference numbers 1404(2) and 1556(2), dated 07.08.2025 and 28.08.2025, respectively.
