These advertisements were for the recruitment of Specialist Medical Officers for different disciplines, including Psychiatry (Psychiatrist), Dermatology, and Radiology, under the Health Department, Government of Bihar. The initial results for these examinations had been previously published on the commission’s website and through various official communications.
Legal and Administrative Directives Lead to Re-evaluation
The decision to cancel the previously published results and issue a revised list was made in compliance with a court order and administrative directives. Specifically, the commission acted on the basis of a judgment passed in CWJC No.-11600/2025 on 29.07.2025, and two letters from the Health Department, Bihar, with reference numbers 1404(2) and 1556(2), dated 07.08.2025 and 28.08.2025, respectively.
