- Full Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics OR Full Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline (Physics & Mathematics should be subjects in at least one semester)
- Age: Maximum 27 years as on 24/05/2025
- Language Proficiency: Should have proficiency in both spoken and written English (minimum 10+2 level)

Salary & Pay Scale Details
- Junior Executive (ATC): ₹40,000 – 1,40,000/- (E-1 Grade, 7th Pay Commission)
- Gross Emoluments: Approx. ₹13 lakhs per annum including Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks, and other benefits
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical, Gratuity, Pension under National Pension System (NPS), Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Social Security Schemes
- Career Growth: Regular promotions to higher executive grades, departmental exams for managerial posts, eligibility for deputation/foreign assignments
