IT Assistant (01 Post)

• Essential Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Applications (BSc. IT, BCA, B. Tech/BE in Computer Science/IT) or equivalent from a recognized university OR 12th Science with minimum two years’ experience in IT related work
• Desirable: Master’s Degree (MCA, MSc IT, M. Tech in Computer Science/ IT) in a relevant discipline; Certificate in IT Support, Networking, or related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, etc.); Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in data analysis, statistical reporting, or related role

Senior Warden (Female- 01, Male-01)

• Essential Educational Qualification: Graduation from recognized University; Working knowledge of computers; Proficiency in English Language including communication skill
• Desirable: Diploma or Certificate of minimum 6 months in Housekeeping/Home Science or any other relevant subject; Knowledge of Book keeping (Stock Register, Basic Computer knowledge, Maintenance of Registers, Attendance registers of students, Handling hostel staff and domestic helper); Post-graduation in any stream; Minimum Three years’ experience in similar field/area
• Nature of Duty: Full Time (Residential Service)
• Salary: ₹50,000/-

Hostel Caretaker (Female-02, Male-01)

• Essential Educational Qualification: 10+2 Class Pass
• Desirable: Working Knowledge of Computers; Diploma or Certificate of minimum 6 months in Housekeeping/ Home Science or any other relevant subject; One year’s experience in similar field/area; Driving skill with License and experience (For male candidate)

2. Email Submission: The scanned copy of the filled application form along with scanned copies of necessary documents should be sent to recruitment2025@mnlumumbai.edu.in.
3. Application Fee: An application fee of ₹1500/- for General Category and ₹750/- for SC & ST candidates must be paid through online mode. The fee is non-refundable.
4. Hard Copy Submission: The printout of the application, along with the payment receipt (UTR no.) and self-attested copies of relevant documents (educational qualifications, experience certificates, birth/SSC certificate, small family declaration form “A”), must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
5. Address for Hard Copy: The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post of <–name of the post –>” and sent to “Registrar (I/c), Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. CETTM MTNL Building, Technology Street, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai- 400076 (Maharashtra)”.
6. Important Note: Only applications submitted through the prescribed online format will be considered. Applications in other forms like Bio-data, C.V., or any other offline application will not be considered. Candidates must affix a passport size photo on the application.
