- Minimum 2 years experience as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank/Regional Rural Bank
- Proficiency in local language of applied state
- No fresh graduates eligible (Experience mandatory)

Salary & Pay Scale Details
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- (Junior Management Grade Scale-I)
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480-2000/7-62,480-2340/2-67,160-2680/7-85,920
- In-Hand Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹72,000 per month (after all allowances)
- Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, CCA, Medical (100% self, 75% family), PF, NPS, LTC
- Increments: 2 advance increments for candidates with 2+ years banking experience
- Career Growth: Promotion to SMGS-IV and higher management grades
- Special Benefits: Concessional loan rates, Leave Fare Concession, Pension Scheme
