  • Graduation in any discipline from recognized University
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank/Regional Rural Bank
  • Proficiency in local language of applied state
  • No fresh graduates eligible (Experience mandatory)

Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- (Junior Management Grade Scale-I)
  • Pay Scale: ₹48,480-2000/7-62,480-2340/2-67,160-2680/7-85,920
  • In-Hand Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹72,000 per month (after all allowances)
  • Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, CCA, Medical (100% self, 75% family), PF, NPS, LTC
  • Increments: 2 advance increments for candidates with 2+ years banking experience
  • Career Growth: Promotion to SMGS-IV and higher management grades
  • Special Benefits: Concessional loan rates, Leave Fare Concession, Pension Scheme

Exam Difficulty & Competition Analysis

  • Difficulty Level: High – Requires banking experience and local language proficiency
  • Expected Applications: 8,00,000-10,00,000 candidates for 2964 posts
