Your Key Responsibilities*
– Recruit & manage a team of 10+ Field Sales Executives (FSEs)
-Ensure FSEs complete Onboarding, Bank Transfers & Card Activations
– Lead daily team meetings and set clear goals
-Regularly follow up to ensure DRR (Daily Run Rate) goals are met
-Hit individual and team sales targets consistently
– Be the motivational force behind your teams success!
