Role Overview:

As a Human Resource Management Intern, you will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. You will gain exposure to key HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Upon successful completion of the 4-month internship, there is an opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on your performance and contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Help in preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.

Employee Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.

Performance Management:
Help in tracking employee performance reviews and appraisals.
Maintain and update performance management systems.

HR Administration:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Support in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide necessary support to employees.

Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Track employee training progress and maintain training records.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
