Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager, located in Jabalpur. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing projects, conducting analysis, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, managing client relationships, and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Analytics
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven Sales experience
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
