Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling educational products, services, or solutions to educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, and training centers

You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with them to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence in the education sector

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned zone to achieve revenue and growth targets

Identify key market opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on them

Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they possess the necessary product knowledge and sales skills

Monitor their performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
