Willingness to travel extensively within the state because great leadership knows no bounds.
What Will You Drive?
Forge and nurture strong relationships with Banks & NBFCs to ensure our used tractor loan disbursement process runs smoother than a freshly ploughed field.
Conduct daily calls with Cluster Heads & Field Officers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely, constructive feedback.
