Weekly Off: RotationalRole Summary:The Admission Officer drives student enrollments through lead generation, counseling, and outreach. This role involves direct interaction with students, parents, and school authorities to promote Aakash programs and convert leads into admissions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct ATL/BTL marketing (seminars, school visits, residential events) for lead generation.
Visit schools to build relationships and develop business opportunities.
Perform home visits to counsel students and close admissions.
Collaborate with tuition teachers for referrals.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation.
Key Requirements:Strong communication, sales, and counseling skills.
Ability to manage customers with empathy and professionalism.
Presentation and networking skills for seminars and outreach.
Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with sales software.
Willingness to travel and speak publicly.
Fluency in English and regional language.
Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree (preferred: BTech/MBA/Masters in Psychology or Education).
Experience in B2C sales or educational counseling preferred.
Key Stakeholders:External: Students, parents, schools, vendors.
Internal: Academic teams, student support, regional sales & ops.
