Job Details : We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our saree showroom. The ideal candidate must have a background in the textile or apparel industry, preferably in ethnic wear, with a proven track record in retail management.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroomSupervise, train, and motivate sales staffEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceManage inventory and stock displayHandle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficientlyMaintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and sales standardsAchieve monthly sales targets and assist in promotions/marketing activitiesCoordinate with suppliers and manage stock replenishmentGenerate sales reports and track performance metrics-Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (Degree in Textile/Fashion/Retail Management preferred)Minimum 3-5 years of experience in showroom or retail management (saree/textile showroom experience preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with sales-driven approachFamiliarity with POS systems and basic computer knowledgeAbility to handle team and resolve issues efficiently
