Salary & Pay Scale Details
- Primary Teacher: Pay Matrix Level-6, ₹25,300/- to ₹80,500/- (7th Pay Commission) plus Grade Pay as per MP Govt norms
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Facility, Pension, and other government benefits
- Probation Period: 3 years as per MP Govt rules with fixed stipend, regular pay after confirmation
- Career Growth: Promotion to Senior Teacher, Headmaster, and other higher posts based on departmental exam and seniority
