Delhi AAI Jr Executives Recruitment 2025: Pay Scale
Junior Executive: [Group-B: E-1 Level]
- Basic Pay: Rs. 40,000 with 3% annual increments up to Rs. 1,40,000
- Emoluments Include:
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Perks at 35% of Basic Pay
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Other benefits such as Contributory Provident Fund (CPF), Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc., as per AAI rules
- Approximate Cost to Company (CTC): Rs. 13 Lakhs per annum
- Pay Protection:
- Candidates joining through proper channels from other Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Government Departments immediately before joining AAI will be eligible for pay protection.
