What does this role involve?
Typical Duties Include
Creating schedules and assigning train routes to drivers
Ensuring that all train drivers on their team are properly trained and certified
Monitoring train driver performance and providing coaching and feedback
Working with other departments to ensure that trains are running smoothly and on time

GCSE grades A*-C
A-Levels
Train driving or other relevant Foundation Degree
Higher National Diploma
T Level in Train Driving or related subject

Relevant driver-specific health and safety qualifications
