- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent from recognized university
- Proficiency in computers (Word Processing and Spreadsheets)
- Hindi/Sanskrit as subject in Matriculation/+2/BA/MA (or pass Hindi exam during probation)
- Stenography skills required for shorthand test

Salary & Pay Scale Details
- Pay Scale: ₹10,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay ₹3,600/- (as per Haryana Government rules)
- Approximate Gross Salary: ₹30,000 – 38,700/- per month

Exam Difficulty & Competition Analysis

- Northern India: Examination can be conducted anywhere in Northern India
- Major Centers: Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana districts, Punjab districts
- Authority Decision: Competent authority will decide exam center allocation
- No Choice: No request for change in examination centre/city will be entertained
- Final exam center allocation will be mentioned in the admit card
