Job DescriptionDesign and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning testsAdvertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Required Profile> Candidate should be a Graduate or under grad in 2nd year +> Candidate Should Be Inclined To Work In Recruitments> Candidate Should Be Willing To Work 10 to 7> Candidate Should Be Willing To Do Mass Recruitmets> Candidate Should Have Descent Communication Skils
> Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel and Word)
