Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Production & Operation / O&U / Ammonia / Urea: Full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical/ Chemical Technology/ Mechanical with a minimum of 60% marks. Post-qualification experience varies from 2 to 25 years depending on the post.
  • Electrical: Full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical with a minimum of 60% marks. Post-qualification experience varies from 2 to 7 years.
  • Instrumentation: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Industrial Instrumentation/ Process Control/ Instrumentation & Electronics/ Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Applied Electronics & Instrumentation with a minimum of 60% marks. Post-qualification experience varies from 2 to 9 years.
  • Mechanical: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical with a minimum of 60% marks. Post-qualification experience varies from 2 to 14 years.
  • Manager (Contracts & Materials): Full-time Engineering Degree in any specialization with a minimum of 60% marks OR Full-time MBA (Materials Management) with a minimum of 60% marks OR Full-time PG Diploma in Materials Management with a minimum of 60% marks (2 years regular course) recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE.
  • Sr. Manager (FTC) – Finance: CA or CMA or Two years Full-Time MBA with a specialization in Finance with a minimum of 60% marks. Candidates with dual specialization or general MBA are not eligible to apply.
  • Officer (FTC) – Legal: 5 years Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)/ 5 year integrated law degree, Full time/Part time from a recognized Indian University/Institute with 60% marks.

Age Limit

Compensation
