Age Limit & Selection Process

Recruitment Details – Total Vacancies – To be announced

• 10+2/Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics and English from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English
• OR 3 Years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English in Diploma Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation
• OR 2 Years Vocational Course with non-vocational subject Physics and Math from recognized board with 50% aggregate and 50% in English
• Both Male and Female Unmarried candidates eligible
• Age: 17.5 to 21 years

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Agniveer Vayu:
  • 1st Year: ₹30,000/- per month (In-hand: ₹21,000/-, Rest in Agniveer Corpus Fund)
  • 2nd Year: ₹33,000/- per month
  • 3rd Year: ₹36,500/- per month
  • 4th Year: ₹40,000/- per month
  • Seva Nidhi Package (after 4 years): Approx. ₹11.71 lakh (tax free)
  • Risk & Hardship, Dress and Travel Allowances as per rules
  • Medical Facility, CSD, Insurance Cover of ₹48 lakh
• Career Growth: Opportunity to apply for regular Air Force cadre after 4 years based on performance and organizational requirement
