
Recruitment Drive Aims to Enhance Medical Services for Employees
NEW DELHI – Indian Oil Corporation Ltd’s (Mktg. Division) Delhi Bottling Plant in Ghevra Mode, Rohtak Road, Tikrikalan, has announced a recruitment drive for part-time panel doctors on a retainer basis. The move is aimed at bolstering the medical support system available to the plant’s workforce.
Contract Details and Compensation
The position is on a contract basis for a part-time appointment. Selected doctors will be required to visit the plant for two hours per day, six days a week. The retainer fee structure is tiered based on qualifications. Doctors with an MD (Medicine) or MS (General Surgery) will receive ₹1,460 per hour, with a monthly cap of 52 hours but not more than 26 days.
In contrast, doctors with an MBBS qualification will be compensated at a rate of ₹1,130 per hour, also subject to a maximum of 52 hours per month and not more than 26 days. The company notes that the retainer fees are subject to revision based on circulars from their Head Office. The remuneration will be paid based on actual attendance.
Who Can Apply?
The application is open to medical professionals with an MD (Medicine), MS (General Surgery), or MBBS degree. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of experience as a general practitioner. The advertisement states a preference for an AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health). Additionally, doctors with MD (Medicine) or MS (General Surgery) will be given preference over those with only an MBBS degree.
