Remuneration
The consolidated remuneration for each post is as follows:

Job Description (Indicative)
The roles involve, but are not limited to:
- Project planning and management: developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Providing technical guidance on network design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Executing and managing the company’s Bharatnet Project Management and leading teams to ensure goals are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Leading and managing professional teams, offering guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing) for seamless project execution.
- Preparing project presentations, proposals, business proposals, technology interventions, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 65 years, except for Young Professional (Graduates) (32 years) and Young Professional (Technician) (30 years) as of the notification date. This may be relaxed by the Competent Authority on a case-by-case basis. Management also reserves the right to change age, experience, and other qualifications in exceptional cases.
Specific Requirements
- Advisors:
- Retired Officers not below the rank of Joint Secretary/E9 level or equivalent from Government organizations with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Project Management/Business Development in the Telecom industry or Data Centre.
- Candidates from Private organizations/Private Consultancy with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Consultancy/Project Management/Business Development in the Telecom industry or Data Centre.
- Consultant:
- Retired Officers not below the rank of Deputy Secretary/E6 level or equivalent from Government Organizations with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management handling Telecom projects (e.g., Bharatnet, Mahanet, Gujnet, Tanfinet, GPON).
- Candidates from Private organizations/Private Consultancy with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in handling similar Telecom projects in Consultancy/Project Management in the Telecom industry.
- Associate Consultant:
- Retired personnel of Government Organizations/Telecom Industry or its equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of requisite experience in Networking/relevant experience in handling Telecom projects (e.g., Bharatnet, Mahanet, Gujnet, Tanfinet, GPON).
- Candidates from Private organizations/Private Consultancy with a minimum of 7 years of requisite experience in Networking/relevant experience in handling similar Telecom projects in Consultancy/Project Management/Networking in the Telecom industry.
- Young Professional (Graduates):
- B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EE/Civil/CS/IT/Mech from a recognized University.
- Young Professional (Technician):
- Diploma (ECE/EE/Civil/CS/IT/Mech).
Selection Process
- Advisors, Consultants, Associate Consultants: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interaction Meeting.
- Young Professional (Graduates): Shortlisted candidates will undergo Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
- Young Professional (Technician): Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Skill Test, and will be evaluated based on their performance in the Skill Test.
Terms of Engagement
- The contract is for a period of one year and may be extended based on business needs and performance, with approval from the Competent Authority.
- The engagement is temporary and can be cancelled at any time.
- Engaged individuals will work/assist/guide according to the scope of work outlined in their contract.
- The engagement is full-time, and candidates cannot take any other assignment during this period.
- Government officers in regular service will not be considered.
- Retired officials under restriction for post-retirement assignments must obtain permission from their competent authority.
- Consultants are expected to be medically fit.

- Originals should be produced for verification upon request.
