Job Details:

We are looking for an MIS Executive who can manage and maintain our Management Information System (MIS) to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports to support business decision-making.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve business performance.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in MIS or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MIS tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
