- Qualify Paper I + Paper II with higher cut-off
- Monthly fellowship: ₹31,000 (first 2 years), ₹35,000 (remaining period)

Salary & Pay Scale Details
- Assistant Professor (Starting): Level 10 – ₹57,700 – 1,82,400/- (7th Pay Commission) + AGP ₹6,000
- JRF Fellowship: ₹31,000/month (first 2 years) + ₹35,000/month (remaining period) + HRA
- Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Medical, Travel Allowance, Research Grant
- Job Security: Central/State University permanent positions after JRF
