Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate.Minimum 5 years experience in Wallputty & Tile Adhesive Production.Strong problem solving and communication skills required.Immediate joinee will be preferred.
Job description Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand and inventory. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials like white cement, polymers, fillers, etc. Ensure production meets quality standards as per company norms. Collaborate with the QC team for regular testing and sampling. Ensure minimum downtime and immediate action on breakdowns. Maintain production logs, batch records, and daily reports. Monitor finished goods inventory and coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery. Ensure the production process complies with ISO, BIS, and other applicable industry standards.
