Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) functions for our Wall Putty and Tile Adhesive product lines at our manufacturing plant in Jabalpur. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high product quality, developing and improving quality systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire quality control process for Wall Putty and Tile Adhesive production.Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures and testing protocols.Ensure product quality meets BIS standards, internal benchmarks, and customer requirements.Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for formulation validation and process improvements.Conduct regular testing of raw materials and finished products.Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure calibration and documentation.Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Prepare and maintain quality reports, batch records, and inspection logs.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to product quality.Train and guide the quality team and production operators on quality standards and procedures.Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution.
Candidate Requirements:B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical) or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control of Wall Putty / Tile Adhesive. Strong knowledge of BIS standards, quality testing methods, and lab practices.Hands-on experience with lab instruments and formulation-based products.Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with production and R&D.
