4 Working Capital Facilities:
Provide SMEs with a range of working capital facilities, such as Overdraft, Cash Credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, etc. , based on their specific needs. Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture customer relationships, addressing both service and sales queries with the goal of engaging and retaining SME clients.
5 Cross-Selling:
Cross-sell retail banking products to SME customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
6 Credit Risk Assessment:
