Reporting to : Sales Manager JOB BRIEF We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be eager to contribute to the growth of our firm. You should be a self-starter with a drive to achieve targets and a knack for building strong client relationships. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, or digital platforms. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients. Follow up with leads, close sales, and achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and sales reports. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of services. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Support tender documentation, bid submissions, and related administrative tasks as needed. EDUCATION Minimum Qualification: BBA, B.Com, B.Sc. and B. Tech or any graduate degree. Technical Education: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). EXPERIENCE Minimum Experience of IT Products: 3+ years in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles. BEHAVIORAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong verbal and written communication in both Hindi and English. Customer-focused with the ability to understand client needs. High energy and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Time management and task prioritization skills. Adaptability and openness to new challenges and learning. Calm and professional demeanour, even during pressure situations. Ability to work flexible hours when needed. BONUS POINT Certification in sales, digital marketing, or CRM tools. Internship or field experience in sales or business development. Experience in preparing or handling bid and tender documents.
