Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jabalpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring an extraordinary brand experience for each client. Daily tasks include understanding customer requirements, providing detailed information about premium vehicles, assisting in the purchase process, and handling customer queries. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and service teams to deliver best-in-class services and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Selling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships
  • Sales expertise and product knowledge, especially in the automotive industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a premium customer experience
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
