What We Require:
Minimum of 10-15 years in financial services, with a special focus on rural (commercial vehicle and tractor) financing.
Proven track record of managing large teams and consistently exceeding business targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that can turn any frown upside down.
Willingness to travel extensively within the state because great leadership knows no bounds.
What Will You Drive?
Forge and nurture strong relationships with Banks & NBFCs to ensure our used commercial vehicle loan disbursement process runs smoother than a freshly paved highway.
Conduct daily calls with Cluster Heads & Field Officers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely, constructive feedback.
