Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Jabalpur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training to promote financial inclusion through our services.
Qualifications
Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Support skills
Effective Communication skills
Training skills
Experience in sales or customer support roles
Ability to build rapport with customers
Knowledge of financial products or services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field,
