- For UP DElEd Passed Candidates: Eligible to apply for Assistant Teacher and other teaching posts in Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board schools.
- Assistant Teacher Pay Scale: Level 6 (₹35,400 – 1,12,400/-) as per 7th Pay Commission + DA, HRA, Medical, Pension (on recruitment).
- Career Growth: Eligible for promotions to Head Teacher, Principal, and further administrative posts after experience and departmental exams.
