Teaching Faculty for Super Speciality Department
ESIC is seeking qualified candidates for teaching faculty positions on a contractual basis within its Super Speciality Department. The available roles and their respective remuneration are as follows:
- Professor: The post offers a fixed basic pay of Rs. 1,18,500/- (Level 13) along with other allowances.
- Associate Professor: The position includes a fixed basic pay of Rs. 78,800/- (Level 12) plus other allowances.
- Assistant Professor: A fixed basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) and additional allowances are offered for this role.
Part-Time Specialists on a Case-to-Case Basis
The hospital is also looking to empanel part-time specialists and super-specialists. This is on a case-to-case basis, and significantly, teaching experience is not a mandatory requirement for these roles. Remuneration for these positions will be based on a percentage of CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) rates: 40% for procedures and 80% for OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations.
Senior Resident
Candidates for the Senior Resident position will receive a fixed basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) in addition to other allowances.
